Meet & Greet

Whilst travelling to the UK, we understand how reassuring it is to know that your driver will be there to meet you when you arrive. But if an unexpected delay occurs, or if you arrive much sooner than anticipated, panic mode can begin to set in; what if your taxi driver thinks you’re no longer coming and leaves without you?

With Bruce’s Executive Travel however, this needn’t be the case.

What sets us apart from other taxi companies is that we continually monitor your flight, ferry or train to be certain that, whether you arrive earlier or later than originally expected, our driver will be there waiting for you, no matter what.

Together with a name card for ease of identification, your driver will be there for you, whenever you walk through those gates with a friendly smile, ready to relieve you of all your heavy luggage. All you need to do it sit back, relax and enjoy the journey whilst we drive you on to your next destination.

And at the other end of the journey, your driver will, once again, happily assist you with your luggage, introduce you to the hotel reception and instruct the hotel concierge for you, if required.

If you provided us with a mobile number at the time of your booking, your driver will use this to text you as soon as they get there so that, whenever you arrive, you can be certain that your taxi is already there, ready to meet you.

Unaccompanied minors

Children under the age of 16 years old travelling alone are treated as unaccompanied minors. This means that our driver will stay with the minors until the plane takes off, the airline staff take over responsibility, or until they are safely with staff at destination of our taxi trip.
